Headingley Taps23rd January 2011Here's a review from 'Alex K':
Some say it's full of drunk Leeds Rhinos fans starting fights most nights, others say it lacks atmosphere and anywhere decent to sit and chat, while others have issues with the supposedly poor bar service. In truth, all these criticisms are true to a certain extent; it does draw a disproportionately large amount of rowdy rugby fans, it often feels hollow and flat, and it does usually take a while to get served.SOURCE
Lovely. Our score: 6 / 10. -
Woodies Ale House6th February 2011Here's a review from Alexandra W:
When I had finished my final exam at University, me and a friend decided to go to the pub and have a few pints to stop the heart pounding panicky post exam stress. Woodies was just over the road and so we wobbled into there and ordered some very strong pale ale. YUMM. I love ale. It's so nice.SOURCE -
The Original Oak13th February 2011Here's a review from Chris G.:
It's just somewhere where if you're a student in Leeds you will always find someone you know. Worth avoiding if there's sport on because it will be packed but otherwise it's a great place for a pint at any time of the day or night!SOURCE -
The Skyrack20th February 2011Here's a review from wildwillie:
Worst pub in Leeds by a country mile - no draught ale- only smoothflow - very expensive - geared to getting money out of lots of customers before rugby matches at the nearby ground. Give it a miss.SOURCE -
